Healthy Christmas Appetizers (tuna bites & salmon toasts)



Toasts : 35kcal (C6-F0-P3)
  • 150gr of oats or oat flour
  • 250gr of Zucchini (peeled)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 150gr of quark/greek yogurt 0%
  • 7-8gr of baking powder
  • Spices of your choice
  • 200gr of Smoked Salmon
Tuna bites : 30kcal (C3-F1-P3)
  • 100gr Flour (of your choice)
  • 70gr of quark/greek yogurt 0%
  • Spices (of your choice)
  • 7-8gr of baking powder
  • 1 can of tuna (100-120gr)
  • 50ml of tomato sauce


  1. Peel and grate the zucchini.
  2. In a blender or in a bowl and using a hand-mixer, mix the oatmeal, egg whites and yogurt.
  3. Pour batter into a container.
  4. Add spices as well as grated zucchini and mix.
  5. Oil a frying pan with a paper towel or 0kcal cooking spray.
  6. Form small circles of dough in the pan and repeat the operation until there is no more dough (approx. 35).
  7. Allow the Blinis/toast to cool.
  8. Meanwhile, put the flour in a container and add the yogurt 70gr as well as the spices.
  9. Mix the whole thing with a robot or a spatula and your hands.
  10. Once it forms a ball of dough, let stand for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  11. During this time, mix the tuna and tomato sauce in a bowl.
  12. Preheat oven to 350°F, rotating heat.
  13. After 30 minutes, roll the dough very thin and form circles about 6cm in diameter.
  14. Put a little tuna in the middle of the dough and close gently.
  15. Do the same with all the dough circles.
  16. Place the bites on an oven plate covered with parchment paper.
  17. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bites are golden.
  18. During this time, garnish the toast/blinis with smoked salmon (or other toppings).
  19. Enjoy your meal !!
