Healthy Nutella (quick & easy)


30kcal (C1–F1,5–P1,5)

Ingredients (2 portions)

  • 15gr of cocoa powder
  • A little water or milk (depending on the cocoa)
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener (10gr) or honey or agave syrup (15gr)
  • 15gr of Protein powder/whey (optional)
  • A few drops of hazelnut aroma


  1. Put the cocoa in a dish and add the whey if necessary.
  2. Add the sweetener as well as the hazelnut aroma (optional).
  3. Pour a little bit of water into the dish and mix. (It is always possible to add but never to remove)
  4. Add gradually water until you get a texture of spread.
  5. Let it stand for 10 minutes so that the dough hardens a little.
  6. Serve with bread or a sweet dish of choice, be creative.
  7. Enjoy your meal !!
