Ingredients (2 portions)
- 15gr of cocoa powder
- A little water or milk (depending on the cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener (10gr) or honey or agave syrup (15gr)
- 15gr of Protein powder/whey (optional)
- A few drops of hazelnut aroma
- Put the cocoa in a dish and add the whey if necessary.
- Add the sweetener as well as the hazelnut aroma (optional).
- Pour a little bit of water into the dish and mix. (It is always possible to add but never to remove)
- Add gradually water until you get a texture of spread.
- Let it stand for 10 minutes so that the dough hardens a little.
- Serve with bread or a sweet dish of choice, be creative.
