Vegan low carb pudding

  • 100gr of strawberries or any other red fruit (frozen or not)
  • 250ml of milk (of choice)
  • 15gr of cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 150ml of water
  • 2gr of agar agar (required number for ½ liter of liquid)
  • 10gr of sweetener


  1. In a blender or in a bowl and with a hand mixer, mix strawberries and milk.
  2. Then add the cocoa powder, agar agar, the sweetener and the water.
  3. Mix again in order to achieve a smooth texture.
  4. Put the mixture in a saucepan.
  5. Heat over medium heat until the liquid is boiling.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat when there are bubbles in the mixture.
  7. Mix with a whip for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the agar agar.
  8. Pour the mixture into a container and allow to stand at room temperature for 1h.
  9. Once the mixture has cooled down, mix one last time and put in the fridge.
  10. After 5 hours, the pudding will have taken shape but it is better to wait overnight.
